Shipping, Returnes & Refunds

Shipping

Shipping is FREE within the UK. Before placing an order out of the UK please make contact for shipping costs.

Please note that any customs and import duties payable once the package reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon purchasing a painting, sculpture you will receive conformation via email. Please allow five days for your order to be dispatched. 

Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you via email that its on the way, providing you with the consignment number and details of how you can track the delivery.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Before returning a painting please make contact stating your reason.

For damaged, or unwanted items within 14 days of purchase we will arrange and cover the cost of delivering replacement goods and collecting the damaged returns within the UK using our preferred currier service. 

To complete your return we require proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once you have returned your purchase, upon receipt of your returned painting, sculpture we will inspect and notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.
